We are accepting resumes for summer internships to work with: Operations, Estimating, Construction Management, and Construction Safety.  You will work out of our corporate headquarters located in Maple Grove and on project worksites throughout the Twin Cities area.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Junior or Senior within a 4-year degree program.
• Interest and knowledge of the heavy highway construction industry.
• Desire to gain hands-on experience in the office and/or field by shadowing with knowledgeable professionals.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Demonstrated ability to use software programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible schedule for students.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all Company safety requirements, policies, and any required safety training.
